Order process 
Choose product
Have you found your item, then choose a size or color and then click on the button "ADD TO CART". 
If you have any questions about a product, please contact you directly to us. 
You can always reach the shopping cart on the top right corner - with a click on "shopping cart". In the cart you see what products you have selected, prices and shipping costs. 
If all your selected items in your cart are, you can by clicking on the "Checkout" the ordering process in a few steps to end. 
Go to checkout
Registration: We always recommend to create a user account (Register), so you can view at any time the current status of your order and you have to at a later order not to re-enter your data. You have of course also the possibility to buy as a "guest" without creating an account. 
Click on "Next" if you want to create an account or shop as a guest. As a guest please just "Do not create an account" button. Click on "Log In" if you already have a user account to login! 
Billing and Shipping Address: If the delivery address from the invoice address is different, you can by clicking on "send to different Liferadresse" in the next step, a second address to specify or select. Click here on "Next". 
Shipping Method: This page shows you the shipping and the shipping cost (total). Click here on "Next". 
Payment Information: Choose now from a pay method. An overview and other important information about the payment methods you can find under shipping and delivery. We recommend using PayPal or credit card to pay. When paying by credit card, this has been a 3-D Secure Code (more info here) protection, otherwise the order can not be completed. 
If you have chosen PayPal click "Next" you will be redirected to the PayPal page on which you can confirm the payment. 
If you have selected credit card, now I enter the data. Click here on "Next". 
If you have selected payment click here on "Next". 
Order Summary: Control here that all your details are in order. Products and size, price, quantity, and shipping costs. Please read our Terms and Conditions. If you agree, please check this box. Click on "Payment Paid order" to complete the order. If you have chosen the payment method credit card, you will be redirected and asked to confirm the payment using 3-D Secure Code on the bank side. 
Shipping - cost and duration
The ordered goods will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment. You will receive a shipping notification per delivery by e-mail. 
The shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on article type. When you put products into your cart, there are shipping costs displayed. General shipping fee you can find under shipping and delivery! 
Check order status
If you have created a customer, can always change your current order status under my account, that is, always view the top right. If you have ordered as a guest, please contact us. Now type in the order number, your last name and e-mail address and click "Send". 
Product exchanges
If you a product does not fit (too small, too big, ...) then please contact us immediately to find out if the product in the correct size is still available. If no conversion possible (desired size or product is no longer in stock) then we will endeavor to find a suitable product for you! 
Product Returns 
You have a 14-day return policy and can return to us the product within this period. 
The return costs are to be borne by the new law VRRL from you. 
Note: Special items and discounted items are non-returnable.
If you have a user account, click the top right click on "My Account" and log in if necessary. In the right-hand navigation click on "Contact Support" and then click "Send". 
If you have ordered as a guest, please contact us. Now type in the order number, your last name and e-mail address and click "Send". 
Once the return is received, a refund will be initiated. If you paid with PayPal or credit card, you get the money immediately credited to your PayPal or credit card account. If you paid in advance, remittance may take a few days to complete.
