How long does the delivery take?

Orders within Austria which are ordered until 3 pm, usually within 1-2 working days after they have been sent away from our warehouse.

Shipments to Germany, which are ordered until 3.00 pm, are usually delivered after 2-3 working days after they have been sent away from our warehouse.

Shipments going to the rest of Europe are usually dispatched after 3-5 working days after dispatch from our warehouse.

Where can I track my package?

With the tracking number you receive from us by e-mail, you can track your order about 12 hours after receipt of the shipping confirmation.

Simply enter the tracking number in the search field and you're ready to go!


What should I do if the package has not arrived?

If your package has not arrived after about 1 week and has not been delivered to your neighbor, please contact us.

We will then investigate the whereabouts of your package by inquiry.

We will inform you immediately if the parcel has to be sent a second time in the specific case.

Package comes but I'm not home?

If you were not at home when they delivered your package, there are two options:

  • Up to three delivery attempts can be undertaken by the parcel service.
  • You will receive a notification that your package could not be delivered and therefore was deposited in the nearest post office.

Alternatively use the possibility to specify a delivery address different from your conventional address in the ordering process.

Thus, your package can also be delivered to your workplace.

The estimated shipping costs can only be used if the basket is not empty.
